Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your electronic mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just specify the mail account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
